Somewhere in the middle of rebuilding that platform I noticed the same thing kept deciding whether a feature lived or died: not the feature, but the first twenty minutes a new person spent with it. That is the part I now do for other companies — a fixed-price read of a B2B SaaS onboarding path, from the landing page to the moment the product is worth paying for.

I'm at my best when the problem is messy, the users are technical, and the spreadsheet is begging to become a product. I am also open to full-time Product Design and Product Management roles.
